1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Final payment must be received by the due date stated in your confirmation.

• Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Prices

• All prices are quoted in [USD] and are subject to change without notice due to exchange rate fluctuations, government fees, or other external factors.

• Prices include only the services stated in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• 60 Days Or More Before Arrival - 15% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
  59 Days - 30 Days Before Arrival - 30% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
  29 Days - 15 Days Before Arrival - 50% Of The Tour/Service Cost.
  14 Days – 0 Days, Before Arrival Or No Show - No Refund.
  
  Note: If Booking For Following Period Is/Are Cancelled, Due To Whatsoever Reason, No Refund Would Be Made For Said Cancellation.
  
  High Peak Season Bookings (From 20th December To 15th January).
  Festival Period Bookings (Festivals Like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair Etc).

4. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss or damage of luggage.

5. Passport and Visa Requirements

• It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation.

• We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to your failure to comply with these requirements.

6. Changes by Us

• We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, strikes, or operational issues.

• If a major change is necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a refund where applicable.

7. Liability

• https://www.luxurytajmahaltours.com/ acts as an agent for third-party providers and is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused by such providers.

• We are not liable for any personal injury, death, or property damage arising from travel-related activities.

8. Health and Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and able to participate in the travel activities booked.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.

9. Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if a participant’s behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others or to the itinerary.

10. Governing Law
